The short answer is yes and no. While there are dozens of procedures that can change your structure and shape to look more like a celebrity—see below for specifics—there are many factors that contribute to how a person looks, including diet, genes, and grooming.
Yahoo! Health reported on the most requested celebrity assets made to plastic surgeons, which included Kim Kardashian’s jawline and eyes, Angelina Jolie’s lips and cheekbones, Brad Pitt’s and Jennifer Lawrence’s noses, and Beyonce’s butt.
If what you like about a specific celebrity is a general feature, like high cheekbones, an ample bosom, or a plush derriere, then cosmetic surgery can most likely give you the results you are looking for. If you want to look like Angelina’s twin, you may be out of luck. Here’s why:
Celebrities have different bodies than you.
While you can change the outward appearance of your body to an extent, the inner you will always be just that–you. You may have a different bone structure, metabolism, or reactions to the environment around you.
Celebrities are faking it.
Some celebrities, like Kylie Jenner, use impeccable makeup artistry to enhance parts of their bodies—in her case, the lips. Some celebrities use Spanx and body–shaping undergarments to trim off inches of fat. Some only stand a certain way or wear specific colors on the red carpet. Whatever the trick is, if it exists, you can bet celebrities are using it.
Celebrities are photoshopped.
In almost every magazine photo you see, you can bet it has been extensively re–touched, to the point that the end photo looks nothing like the actual celebrity.
Celebrities have time to devote to their bodies.
Unlike the rest of us, many celebrities have workout regimens that include personal training sessions twice a day. Some have private chefs cooking them healthy, delicious meals. If you can’t devote this much time to your figure, you may not be able to naturally achieve the same body.
It Is Possible, However, to Get Celebrity–Quality Results from Cosmetic Surgery
Short of completely altering your bone structure, there sometimes isn’t any way you can have the same slim face or long legs of a celebrity, but there are a few procedures that will enhance the look of a certain feature:
For a younger–looking face: Face lifts, rejuvenation procedures, microdermabrasion, BOTOX injections, blepharoplasties, and implants can all give you a more youthful appearance.
For more defined curves: For more defined curves, you can have liposuction done to get rid of stubborn fat, skin–tightening done to rid yourself of excess skin from pregnancy or weight loss, and implants inserted into your buttocks and breasts to round out your features.
For defined, slim upper arms: Arm lifts, liposuction, and skin tightening can be used on loose, sagging skin to give you taut, younger–looking triceps.
For a petite or well–defined nose: With rhinoplasty, you can sculpt and shape your nose to be snub, thinner, smaller, or even larger.
For larger, sultrier lips: You can accomplish this with lip injections or even implants.
For more defined–looking muscles: Many men turn to implants in the chest, buttocks, and calves in order to give the look of more muscle definition.
