KYBELLA® – The New Solution for Your Double Chin

Submental fullness, also known as a double chin, is a very common condition unable to be addressed by diet and exercise. At Dr. Rosenberg’s office, we now offer KYBELLA, an FDA-approved injection treatment that improves and contours the appearance of your double chin. KYBELLA’s solution (deoxycholic acid) instantly destroys unwanted fat cells, and once destroyed, the fat cells are unable to accumulate fat again. This is your one-session solution to your double chin with no downtime and minimal risk, an excellent alternative to a neck lift surgery.

Fat Grafting for Butt Augmentation

If you’ve ever wanted to transfer fat from one area of your body to another area, you may be able to soon with a gluteal enhancement. In 2015 plastic surgeons in Brazil successfully pioneered the fat transfer butt augmentation by combining liposuction and gluteal enhancement. With the growing demand for gluteal augmentations, this is a big step in cosmetic surgery and may soon be coming to Maryland and even Dr. Rosenberg’s office.

Mommy Makeovers Sweep the Nation

Mommy makeovers are a combination of breast augmentation, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and a number of other procedures to give women their pre-baby bodies back. The popularity is gaining steam for moms of all ages, from mid-40s to late-20s. If you’re interested in getting a mommy makeover, just fill out a contact form for a consultation with Dr. Rosenberg!

Non-Surgical Facelift Technique – Threadlift, Contour Threadlift

With so many advances in modern cosmetic surgery techniques, it is now possible to obtain effective, beautiful, and natural-looking results with less invasive procedures. One of the most promising new options is the threadlift facelift. At our Maryland locations, patients can look years younger and feel more attractive and confident thanks to the threadlift technology.

For the threadlift procedure, tiny permanent sutures are implanted under the skin, gently lifting the tissues to minimize sagging and wrinkles. Although some temporary bruising or swelling is possible, most patients can return to their normal activities as soon as one day after the procedure, and results can last for several years. To determine if you are a good candidate for the threadlift facelift, contact The Plastic Surgery Center of Maryland for a consultation.

LipoSelection™ only by VASER®

LipoSelection™ only by VASER® is an advanced body contouring technique that utilizes ultrasound technology to specifically target and remove fat cells with minimal damage to nerves, blood vessels, and connective tissues. Fat cells are dissolved and gently removed with suction and massage. Unlike traditional liposuction techniques, LipoSelection™ allows the skin to easily retract after the procedure, minimizing bruising, swelling, and discomfort.

With LipoSelection™, patients enjoy a faster recovery time and improved results. To find out if you are a good candidate for the safe, precise LipoSelection™ technique, contact our practice for a personal consultation. Dr. Rosenberg can help each patient determine the best way to acheive the beautiful, natural shape they desire.
